Just had a play around with the configurator and find that it is very similar to 3 years ago, however I don't see the 4-seat option slide and fold seat option in the list anymore. Has this now been deleted from the range or have i simply not discovered the hidden icon to elect it?!

If it has been withdrawn its a huge backward step. The car is too narrow to be a proper 5 seated anyway and the ability to increase the boot space is brilliant imho..... I certainly wouldn't buy another panda without it I'm afraid

I thought the same as Mrs b_u's late lamented Mk3 MJ had the sliding rear seat - having said that, neither of our Pandas has it and I can't remember thinking I wish they had.

I use it pretty much every week....

A real shame if they've dropped it as I'd want it again on the next generation 4x4 so this doesn't bode well

Unless I can have a full sunroof on 4x4 next time around I'll have to look elsewhere anyway. I love it, but I also like to see the sky in the summer
