Seeing the styling options from Fiat are so monumentally horrid, I started thinking and looking elsewhere. My dealer put me onto a local detailing firm who came up with the following option.
The green and red stripes are done with a very thin, vinyl tape, 25mm wide. The central white stripe is the car itself.
There was a lot of pfaffing around getting them lined up correctly because there are curves a million in these little cars and for this reason alone, I wouldn't recommend doing it yourself unless you have experience. The whole job took about an hour and a half, cost me $AU100 which is currently about £49.
The result is brilliant in real life. Breaks up that boxy shape without shouting at you.
And best of all, now she's got racing stripes, she should be a good poofteenth of a km/hr faster
