Absolutely. The beam pattern is dreadful. No way will I use them. In fact I complained to Bang good and got a full refund and do not need to return them. I might make a bench lamp with one and an old H4 lamp unit.
I took some pics, if you look closely you'll just about make out full beam.
So I'd never use these on the road, very bad for dazzle and causing an accident.

This has either been well overdone, or painfully obvious for a while but I couldn't help myself... has anyone ever told you your number plate SUX?

It sure has....... To my mind it warns other drivers SUX to you as I'm in front
