Tuning mirror cap

hello people...anyone have painted the caps of external mirror? if yes which paint colour? my panda is black i think to paint the caps in metallic silver with spray paint 2-3 hands and transparent paint to fix all.
what do you think about it?
(dont think about my english...sorry!!)

Id keep it black if i was you, but if you are wanting to change colours. You can buy them from the dealer. Much easier than messing with spray cans
