Not a fan of driving in Pisa..........though like the Top Gear idiots, I did once accidently drive into Lucca and really struggled to find my way back out. Very nice up in the Garfagnana though. Perfect Panda country there.

I was once mad enough to attempt to drive a Mk 1 Panda through the centre of Rome. All I can remember is the terrifying sensation of cars flying at me from all directions at ridiculous speeds. Some would say that our true madness was attempting such a long trip in a Mk 1 Panda in the first place. With those thin, hammock-type seats, and three days of solid driving to get there, I reckon it took me a good month to recover any feeling in my a*se!
