(T) Burning Smell

Sorry if this has been covered before; but we're new so think it easier just to ask.
Recently bought 2013 Panda 4X4 Twin Air. 19000 miles.
Strong burning smell, either from heater/vents or maybe worse, such as clutch 4x4 system.
Dealer had if back, looked at heater matrix, but couldn't find any damage.
I'm not sure of any fire risk, and also have health issues that any kind of fumes can seriously compound.
It's certainly not tolerable.
Anyone else had anything similar in a late car?
Other issues I have with dealer are liveable with, but not really fair; but we made our choice.
The burning is the most worrying.

Going into dealers for 3 days in May for further investigation.
Not seeming to do it so much now, so may be just some residual packing on a component.
Now just got to pay for scuffing a wheel.
But still liking it.
