Hi everybody. The new toy for my wife to replace 'Po' (kung fu panda!!!) is now on order, due anytime from October to December. As we live in an area in France where we are subject to cold winters I thought I would get a spare pair of wheels and 'snow tyres'. Fiat wanted 256€ for the wheel alone. I have searcher 'net for 14'' alloy whells for Fiat Panda '12- but all seem to have 5 wheel stud fittings. I'm sure the Panda has 4. anyone else had the same problem?

The correct specification is 5.5x14 4x98 ET35
You should not buy alloy wheels for winter tyres as they can get damaged during harsh winter conditions. So plain simple steel wheels will do the job. You can buy them under 40 EUR per piece. Not in Fiat dealer shop of course.

Yep, steelies is the way to go in the winter, 5.5x14 offset 35, with winter tires 175/65R14".
The question is though, have you ordered the Panda with steel wheels + wheel covers or alloy wheels.
In case of steel, i would use those wheels for winter and buy alloy's for the summer.
