The Thule website selector only shows systems for Pandas with have flush roof rails...

The Mopar site (Fiat’s aftersales company) list the kit for Pandas without existing rails (and so using those threaded holes) - but they cost nearly £50 more than those that fit an existing rail... https://moparstore.co.uk/roof-crossbars-50926336.html

Pop has the threaded bits under the gutter so i presume itll still fit?

I don’t believe the Thule one will fit, but yes, the genuine Fiat one will. For my 4x4 (with roof rails), the genuine Fiat rails were £125 but the Thule kit was over £200. (Fiat now £150 - three years later). The Fiat ones are made by Thule!

Maybe they are for the pop model which doesn't have roof bars?

I think you hit the nail on the head.

Without roof rails the cross bars fix to the roof using the roof bar fixings that are downward facing bolts. The caps shown in the pictures are to access the roof rail bolts to remove them.

Guess you can easily remove longitudinal roof bars on your car and use them as on pop model ;)

Having changed my roof bars for red ones, I would not say it was an easy job. Straight forward yes but a annoyingly obstructive and not to be undertaken unless necessary.

You might not have spotted, but you’re replying here to a post from 2014... LeroyPanda resurrected this old post to ask a question (now answered I think)
