Has anybody actually been able to register for this? I've tried online many times and the link doesn't work. I've rung them twice now and been told there is a problem with the site which will be corrected in a few days....that was 2 months ago. I've spoken to them a third time and was promised a card and registration number and that I would definitely be able to register online. That was over a month ago and guess what? Yep, no card has been sent.
What is it with Fiat?

Had the same problem rang, emailed, been promised BUT NOTHING got an email saying got an offer from my dealer but cant access MYFIAT :bang::bang::bang::bang::bang:

I seem to remember signing up some months back, not helped by the fact that there was no provision for the Panda 4x4 to be set as my type of Fiat. In the event, there didn't seem to be a lot of point and my nearest - service only - Fiat dealer didn't seem to know much about it, so I kind of lost interest. I've just tried logging with my user name and password but the site doesn't appear to be functioning.

Yes. I think I'll give it a miss.
On a related matter, this eco app thing that you use download info via a memory stick is not much use for the 4x4. It doesn't recognise the 6 spd gearbox with very low 1st, so it assumes your gear changing is rubbish!

My first Fiat love the car but they are a bit off mark compared with other makes the ideas are there with MYFIAT but just dont seem to have enough interest in getting it right there must be more than us having problems with it

My first fiat too. Great car but its the peripheral details that really niggle......whether they niggle enough for this to be my only fiat remains to be seen.....

I'm not going to mince my words here - MyFiat is IMO an absolute steaming pile of cack.

It offers nothing of note whatsoever. The "service only" dealership we took our car to last month didn't accept the card as apparently no-one from Fiat had ever bothered to show them how it worked!

Last time I looked at my account, I had six offers from my local large dealership offering gold, silver and bronze services for my car. These offers were for cars over three years old and of an MOT age, but of course my car is only two years old... So that was about as useful as a chocolate teapot!

I don't doubt the intentions were good, but it is sadly another part of Fiat's after sales which fails to hit the mark.

Yes - otherwise I've had mostly positive experience with them.
