Hi All,

Well we have had our 4x4 Panda 2 months now, loving it, but now the drivers door handle has started playing up. I went to lift it the other day and lifted all the way to the top without releasing the door, it sort of clicks past the normal release point. After about 5 attempts holding the handle from different points I got it to release. It is now continuing to be unreliable. Booked into the dealers on Wednesday, but I was just wondering if anyone else has had this issue?

I have read on this forum that somebody else has experienced this but it doesn't seem to be a wide issue.

No issues so far.....if it is a common problem it might be across the range so worth checking non-4x4 posts too?

our 4x4 has had sticking problems with the boot door, dealer just sprayed it with WD40 but it still sticks, i don't think they know whats up with it, no problems with the doors.
the high beam indicater light on the dashboard is really bright! is anybody else's?

There was a fault a lot of early cars suffered with boot switches. Plenty had it.

Well getting to the dealers was difficult, busy week! so I spayed the catch with WD40 and it seems to have done the trick.

Yes the main beam light on the dash is over-bright!

Overall a good fun car and very capable :)

I find myself driving with my left arm at an unnatural height and angle when I have the main beam on, to try and save my eyesight from that blue laser beam!!

frankly I think its bloody dangerous and is the one thing I am really not happy about with the car. will be mentioning it to the dealer (not that they will (be able to) do anything

Is the full beam indicator as bright on all variants of the current panda. I assume so but I'd not heard it mentioned previously as big annoyance.

I'll be interested to know if your dealer offers any suggestions.

It is on mine (TA Lounge). I'm sure it will be the same on all.
I had hardly used full beam until last week's trip to Scotland, when I had to drive with the side of my left hand obscuring the blue indicator.
