General PANDA Vibration

Yes they have left me in a lovely (NOT) Nissan Micra for the last month since mine has been in the workshop!!!!!!!!!!!!

I also had the misfortune to experience one when my Dad's Aygo was
being repaired. Tinny and feeble are adjectives which come to mind :(

I suppose their reputation for reliability must count for something,
but as a driver's vehicle the Panda is streets ahead IMHO :D

Hi All,

Just to let you know, i picked up my New Lounge in White today...

She is fantastic, and alot quieter than the previous car... THANK YOU to FGA finance for sorting this out for me...

Hi Javnas,

Sorry but must pull you up on this... Mine was a 1.2 not twin air problem... I realise that you clearly have issues with FIAT... But I am a fan, and have been for many years, so the issue I had does not make me want to leave the brand as they are a superb manufacturers of small cars... All Im going to say is good luck with RENAULT... Caus your gonna need it!!!,:)

I will say again and again, it's just time for someone to really get fed up with it. This twinair engine has too many I issues and one of them is vibration. Also poor fuel consumption, tappety engine sound, etc. Don't buy one.

Well I think the twin air engine is fab. Vibration.....did u ever drive a 2CV or an old fiat 500/126? This engine is dead smooth by comparison and GOES!! Tappity? Blimey, my old Triumph Spitfire was tappity, this TA is silent by comparison!....As for fuel consumption, fiats big mistake was making overambitious claims.. .in my book 40+ mpg is quite acceptable for mixed driving. My 4x4 is brill, I love it...anyone who wants a smooth silent drive should look elsewhere :)

Well you'll certainly say again and again, but that's about the only thing you've got right. This was a 1.2. I'd always support your right to express an opinion but please base them on facts, be more balanced and have some respect for the opinion of others.

You've made an endless series of criticisms, perhaps you'd like to give us some details of your engineering qualifications.

Sorry Javnas, I don't think I've ever pressed the dislike button, but your post merits it.
You had a bad car, the rest of us don't. Get over it and move on.

Lol with so unhappy customers and engine replacement etc, you still want my engineering qualification. Well I was qualified by a leading university in micro electronics engineering and currently employed by a leading company in uk. Thanks for asking.

Does that explain why you questioned the design of the Panda's clutch?

Why are you still here? You no longer have a Fiat. You had an unhappy experience. Don't spoil it for the rest of us. Jog on sunshine.
