Seems to me like it's just got the bumpers and wheel arches off a 4x4 and perhaps suspension but doesn't have the 4x4 capability?

Looks good if you prefer the styling of the 4x4 but don't actually need it.(y)

The wheel arches are very 100hp like.
So to create a new Panda Sport it just need some sporty bumpers to finish it off.

The "Trekking" has a LSD in combination with FWD.
I don't know if the 4x4 has different suspension arms compare to the FWD versions.

A lowered "Trekking" with 17" wheels would be my preference choice.
And still hope the 105 hp TwinAir will find his way into the Panda Trekking.

Surely the whole point of the Trekking is to have better ground clearance. So why would you want to lower it?
I concur. Panda is not a "sporty" car regardless of how much you lower it and regardless of which huge wheels you manage to squeeze in. Panda always was a "micro-SUV" like design, I mean, on what kind of "sporty" car you sit as high?

I like this Trekking idea very much - I'd appreciate to have bit more of off-road ruggedness. So you can go in the forest/park roads without need to plow on muddy fields, and pay a lot extra/complicate design with 4x4.

I think the Panda can be a perfectly sporty car - what about the 100HP's on here?

To be honest with you, it can be whatever you want it to be, and that is the beauty of the car - it always has been.

I think 100hp is tries very hard to look like one. But center of gravity is still too high, and drag coefficient is of same "flying brick". All which of real "sportiness" there is acceleration from standstill and spinemelter(tm) suspension. But its obvious that FIAT were very clever to cater for certain market which more after the *looks* (red ones go faster ;) )
