Looks good, I'd rather go for Eibach's though personally and understand from Gazzella Racing that the MK3 springs can be used on the MK4 Panda.

I'm going to sit on the fence and say it's personal preference.
That said, Eibach have an excellent reputation for making springs that are very comfortable despite the drop as they're progressively wound, although I understand the H&R springs progressively wound too.

I think the 30mm lowering is a big improvement for the new Panda typ 312.

It looks like H&R have upgraded there web-side, making older pictures inactive.
