i just got a 4x4 1.1 model 1993.
I will like to know what temperature is normal to have when i drive it on the high way over 110 kilometers per hour the temperature goes 95c is that ok?
the car it goes well the engine sounds good.
oils are fresh.
Ihave allready flush the cooling system and use proper fiat coolent and replace the thermostat.

Any idea?

Mine sticks to about 90 with the needle dead centre, but the UK is cooler & more humid than Greece so would maybe be the reason for the slight change. As long as it goes no higher in traffic it will probably be ok although I would check for Airlock if it was mine.

Did you have the heating control to full hot when filling it?

If the heating valve was open when filled I doubt you would have an airlock, which is an air pocket left in the system and can cause the temp to rise.

the funny think is when i drive up hils is no any problem temperature is 90

are you using yours of road? what is your opinion ? if yes didyou had any damages or mecanical problems?

Use it off road all the time whenever possible and as long as you take it easy there should be no problems.
