No they were never fitted with antiroll bars.
It's unlikely, but you might be able to adapt a Uno turbo anti-roll bar to fit? 
I fitted one to my 45S Uno and it transformed the handling
Another option would be to find a Lancia Y10 turbo or 1.3 i.e. I think they might have had a front anti-roll bar, and being based on a Panda (ish) it could well fit your car.
Unfortunately you'll have to try it and see, but Lancia Y10's aren't exactly common, especially the turbo and the 1.3 i.e.

My 750FIRE had that disconcerting tendency to 'go straight on' at roundabouts (in the wet!). Got a Y10 a/rBar from WestSleekburn breakers(Blyth) and it was a straightforward fit - except I had to make a 'split' bracket to locate the bar near the very front of the lower link bushes. The Y10 links had a mod to match the bar.
Car handled on veritable RAILS after that.... a 100% guaranteed 'Go Faster' mod.
