Pandas are easy to steal and less safe in an an accident, two premium-pusher-uppers.

Re: confused about insuring the panda

also try www.confused.com and try adding a named driver as well. Adding my mother as a named driver decreased my premium by ~£60 (£290 -> £230)and dropped the excess from £250 to £130. Shes never gonna drive ti though

Those stats are for Fullly Comp however, TPFT was on a few ££ less!!!

i think you mentioned she 'never' would... less attitude might be a wise move

however it is interesting to see how the premium goes down with more people on the cards... I think the system is taking the pee somewhat.

Re: confused about insuring the panda

Sorry for the attitude but I certainly don't like being accused of deceit of my Insurer, therefore implying I am also driving with a void policy and illegaly!

I can have 5 named drivers and they may never drive my car, in fact I'd rather they didn't, but if they are on there, they can use it in an emergency, legally and without deceit. That makes my insurance void? Will get me in trouble with the Police (please explain)? Or is deceptive or immorral? Nope, I don't think so.

Re: confused about insuring the panda

lol, so are a few of my mates, and I have my practical assesment for West Mid's Police in November, after getting through the written assesment

Still not sure of the problem If she was the policy holder, and I was thenamed driver, that would be a big problem, and illegal, but surely not this way around.

Re: confused about insuring the panda

Sorry had to pop out......this makes all the difference

"Shes never gonna drive ti though "

and that along with the rest of the post....lower premium as a result of a named driver that would never use it is the offence complete.

I just thought it very odd to put such a post on a public forum.
