what type do you need?, as i have a good one that i got off Alan.D but its not powerful enough for my selecta.

What engine have you got? I changed mine very recently and it cost just over £70 for a new one. Which wasn't particularly nice but it had to be done!

999cc, i need one with a 45A output I believe.

Erm, my alternator bearing has just gone....it's screeming like a virgin, anyone got one spare

I've got to get a new tyre(nail ) for the SLK and pic up an engine on Monday so will spanner out the alternator on Tuesday morning. All being well any time from Tuesday midday should be fine cheers Damon

I have a couple...
14volt 55amp 1000s (i think) should be a perfect match
14volt 65amp (selecta/punto flava)
