Im still on the hunt for a new heater matrix,what should i be paying for a new matrix?anybody know where to get one from?

Get one from www.buypartsby.co.uk as the heater matrixs are better made than the original fiat ones
edit - i forgot you are in france, if you want a matrix from buypartsby, ring them up first, as they should be able to post out to froggyland

£50 is about right, if you buy over here the postage costs will make it expensive.

Thanks Chris just emailed the guys at buyparts see how much its gona cost me in postage?
They come complete with the foam insuation band and heater valve/tap. i thinkFiat did improve their later heater matrixes - I'll check Gina's next time i see her . . !
£50 for a heater matrix? Surely you could buy an MOT failure complete Panda for that and get loads of other bits into the bargain! Is the heater matrix a common failure on the Panda? It might even be the same as a Uno matrix? :chin:

The heater matrix is THE classic common failure on the Panda - you have to get a new upgraded one . . . . I think it's a pain to change as wel - you don't want to have to do it twice!!!!1986Uno45S said:£50 for a heater matrix?

Well got an email back from buyparts saying that they will not post to france!!!geez thanks guys!!:bang: so on the hunt out here in froggyland!but choice out here is pretty limited to say the least!!and im not gona pay fiat silly prices!!

I've never had a heater matix fail on me on a Panda. I had two Uno ones go though.
