Have a look on the net & search for carb services, although they are now few & far between.
Yup I did, it was off some gent who specialised in carb refurbs.. if you're interested I'll get his phone number for you.. I believe he will post..

I just asked for a weber 32TLF and he knew exactly what I needed. The kit had new needle valve, gaskets and diaphragms in it.. cost £16.50.
I've also got a step by step guide on how to rebuild the 32TLF saved on my puter here if it helps anyone..
Mine runs like new.. I'm truly chuffed with the results..

It most certainly does Jaff... the carb on mine has been played with to the point of it losing the plot. my dad turned the mixture screw 3 whole turns clockwise before he met anything. So it's well out... thought it could probably do with a good clean also as it's most likely been standing on a shelf for a while, as the the previous owner was using an LPG kit on the engine.Jaff_Fox said:

The only thing you need to be careful of when you rebuild the carb is the floats.. mess them up and you're in trouble :/ But apart from that its quite a nice job, ideal for sunday afternoons
