just got myself a wee panda to runaround in while fixing up my cav so i want some advice on lowering kits air filters etc for my panda and to ask if fitting a cherry bomb exhaust will affect it in any way .and the biggest alloys i can fit safely .as i may well keep my panda as i have forgotten just how much fun they are. cheers

my dance is 92 j reg with 30000 miles on it black with the mad red interio and scary bright seats which are now covered with leather look seat covers .

:D Know what you mean! Didn't know they were made in black, though. The original 'Dance' that was a special edition in 1990 was available in black, but had a different sticker that was made up of various colours, and extended into a full length orange stripe, whereas the '92 model (that was part of the standard line up) had the sticker that resembles the defrag screen on a computer.

I have a panda dance,1990 model in black. with a very nice front bumper on with fogs built in to it. im getting some pics on my comp soon after i get round to T-Cuting it. dont put a cheery bomb on as i put a rage exhuast on and it help none if not made it worse.If you want speed put a new engine in it.

OK, I have a K reg (92-93) Fiat Panda Fizz. 999cc, twin coil, single point injection, white with a lovely green interior (ahem!:I) I saw earlier on the post, the Fizz sticker that it resembled a defrag screen. Mine didnt. It was sort of like paper windmill shaped with a pink and yellow stripe the full length of the car and one on the bonnet. Am I unique?

we were refering to the {dance sticker} .regarding your sticker it doesnt sound like a nice one sorry but pink and yellow !!!!!!!!! get it removed i hope it is a one off ,my one is bad enough thats why i am remov. ing mine asap

Probably 93 build:
my K reg CLX was December 92 build (registered Jan 93) according to a tame FIAT dealers info from the VIN, and it has SPI and distributor with single coil[:0]

His comment was - there were a lot of changes during 92-93.

It also has a catalyser in the exhaust down pipe which costs more than the car's worth:(

Here there are a lot of 1.0l Panda fire with the integrated engine management by Marelli(no distributor), but all of them have been made in Italy...the others like mine came from Poland[xx(]
