I'm lifting the Merc tomorrow in Brough outside Hull. I plan on heading over to Preston to meet up with my mate Neil for a quick cuppa around 2pm and then head onto the M6 up to Stranrear.

So if any of you are handy along that route let me know. You'll get my number through the NIIMC web site.

Don't finish till 5 Stuart or I would have met you in penrith or carlisle

It'll probably be 5 by the time I make Carlisle Alan I have to catch the 19.40 boat so I'll not have much time but at least I can say hello.

Just looking at the photos again, you realise how small Pandas are when they're beside a proper sized car.

Wasn't the case on the Motorway, it looked quite small in the rearview mirror

Tootling along was he? Afraid of all that power? The poor man has never driven a quick car before.

Not as small as cinquecentos. After being in the panda the cinq feels like a match box and it doesnt help that I am "5 11".

I'm 6'1" and fitted in the little cinq quite well

i'm 6'3" and fit fine in the Cinq, and i sit nearly bolt upright when i drive :chin:

Yes Steve I have to admit it may be an old mans car but it actually makes a nice change to just let the world go by as you waft along. It's a big old comfy barge.
