Panda 4x4 1993

I've fitted a Rialzi 6cm raised suspension kit front and back and we have a near side drive shaft problem -it clunks badly on full lock and has even popped out once. Think the suspension raise has simply meant that we reached the maximum length of the drive shaft. Appreciate views or advice very much. Would also like to hear of any fixes or perhaps alternative length fiat drive shafts which may resolve.

I have an 88 Panda 4x4 and my Rialzi 5cm raised kit came with the near side drive shaft flange. I assume yours came with this and was fitted, considering it is a 6cm it will definitely need it! If you don't have the bigger flange fitted then this will be the problem, if not then I'm not any more well advised I'm afraid, my 5cm kit has not had any problems thus far. Have you tried contacting Rialzi as well? They are contactable via WhatsApp and Facebook, try Martina Rialzi on Facebook, they respond there well and speak English well also

Thanks , much appreciated - Yes I had the flange kit too, and it's been fitted. I'll try Rialzi again but they haven't been able to help so far.
