Hello....exhumed my green B registered 4x4 from the shed where it's been since frontal damage at 45,000 miles several decades ago. Good sills and underneath but needs 2 wings, a front panel and a front bumper. As there's obviously vast experience on this forum (and I'm a lazy person ?) I thought it'd be best to ask first before starting a PhD in Panda research.
Any recommendations as to a good place to buy the panels and can you even get a new bumper??

Wow, a 1984! Love an early 4x4. You could call up Franco at Ricambio and see what he has or can source in the UK, but failing that I'd look at buying from Italy - Rosario Pedi may be able to help, he's Facebook based and I've managed to send and receive parts from him in Italy before. ebay.it can be a good place to look as well! As for bumpers I'd say much the same, although you never know if someone may have a spare... Simon Dodwell in the Facebook group "Fiat Panda Classic Owners Group UK" has a couple of early 4x4s so may have some spare bits, or at least if not may know where to get them!

Do keep us updated, I'm excited to see this one! Any pictures?

Damaged early Mk1 4x4 front panel and graphic which appears original? In store awaiting the renovation is a brand new!! Mk1 LG door (the answer is no! but I thought I’d mention it to annoy people) I got it years ago. Need an early front bumper.....no luck yet.

The early mk1 graphic must be different to the mk2 one... hard to tell, there aren't so many early ones about! Certainly looks the part. These pictures are a tease, you need to show us more!

Did you try Si Dodwell in the Facebook group for the bumper? Annoyingly only a couple of months ago there was a set of early bumpers on Facebook Marketplace the guy couldn't shift. He sold them in the end but what is it with things never being there when you want them to turn up :bang:

I’m not annoyed as I have both sides brand new ?.
Never seen those graphics before so don’t think they are original.

Haha! I’m the one annoyed now........I need a new driver’s door/skin/bottom repair section. Graphics appear original but who knows.........I think they’re a bit ‘in yer face’ /naff.
