Driving back from the shop under light braking at slow speed the Panda suddenly cut out and then wouldn't start similar to if there had been no fuel in the tank (there was just ended a quarter). As I was nearly home I started pushing.
About 5 minutes later I gave it another try and it's fired into life as if nothing ever happened.. is this the first sign of a failing fuel pump or could it be something else?

Thanks in advance!
Dan

Carbed. It's only happened once and gave it a good drive yesterday without any issues. If it was ignition it wouldn't have turned over though, right? It was turning over fine, just not catching.

I'm about to do a long trip in it so may replace the pump to be safe - how involved a job is it?

spoke to a garage about it, looks like the distributor cap was knackered. Cheap easy fix! :)
