Hi all,
So my Panda needs a fair amount of work and as I am buying all new parts, it pained me to think that I was going to fit all of this to a body that needed more attention than the mechanics!

The car itself has 56k miles and the engine and gearbox are perfect. I have installed a few extra luxury pieces, such as a carpet and 2 USB charger sockets, as I intend to use this as my daily runner once it is complete!

My Panda is a rather unique 750L and I will be keeping the two tone paint of red and white, the roof rack and the spotlights. All the stickers will be replaced with new as the current ones are fading. It is running on 13inch white alloy wheels which will also be staying. Calipers and drums are sprayed red which show through the alloys nicely. There are a few areas on the car that needs attention: rear axle suspension cups, a wheel arch, bonnet, doors and underside around the fuel filler cap. Nothing too serious. The whole car will be resprayed red, the roof will be white with black vinyl to keep the same design and the door bottoms once repaired will have the same design as the roof but in vinyl wrap. The centre of the steering wheel will be painted again red and white and the interior floor pan will get painted with stonechip black in the front and a pattern in the rear that I haven't yet made my mind up on. The rear windows and the tints will be replaced with slightly darker ones.

I'll be using trusted Bilt Hamber products for all my rust removal and cavity waxing needs. Any and all advice is welcome.

I know you're wanting pics but this will have to wait :D:D

To keep track of everything I buy and do, I will update this thread with prices and pictures along the way

A friend of mine has cleaned up a carb for me and it's looking awesome.

Looking to get all new nuts, bolts and washers - Margnor.co.uk seems to be able to supply everything I need - just need to get the sizes right.

Any advice on best way to strip paint? I have been told that a manufacturer called Aircraft(?) is fantastic, but thinking something cheaper could do the same job?
