Am trying to source some UK spec headlights for my LHD Panda young 2001.
have been on many internet sites but all I can get are continental ones. Does anyone have the part numbers or know of anywhere that stocks them. The car has headlight levelling.

Thanks in anticipation

Hens teeth comes to mind. Best thing to do is a parts request. Second hand is the way forward. Unless you get really lucky. I have resorted to removing the RHD glass for future use. On new reflectors.

Headlight levelling could be a significant problem. I think the car had gone from the UK before levelling appeared, so RHD units may never have existed.
Good luck.

Might have to have a used set, without adjustment for normal use, and the LHD levelled set, with beam deflectors for MOTs.

You will not get a RHD unit with in car adjustment ready to bolt on as they never existed. However, fortunately it is very possible to fit a RHD lens to a LHD unit as the only difference is the lens itself.

Otherwise you could fit standard RHD units (hard to find intact unfortunately) and sacrifice the electrical adjustment, as far as I am aware there is no criteria for testing the adjustment during an MOT and I have never seen a tester check they are operational, so that's not an issue.

Thanks for the info. Had what I think i was a good idea and have sourced SEAT marbella headlights to see if they will fit, as I understand that a Marbella is a Panda in another guise and they were in the UK 'til 1995, and can always swap the lenses as you suggest. The original lights are still good.

Have now got some SEAT marbella RHD headlights en route, if the fit alls well, if not I'll swap the lenses as suggested. I believe this is a Panda in disguise and the were in the UK 'til '95. Thanks for the reply and suggestion.

Cheers

Lens swap is place rhd in the oven 120c 10 mins then ease off with craft knife ,break the LHD glass as it’s better to prise off than placing reflector in the oven. Resell using sanitary silicon mastic

marbella headlights should drop right in, however the grill may foul..

panda headlights fit into a marbella:

if you have no luck with them, please do sell them on as pretty much everyone with a Marbella is in need of Marbella headlights haha

oh i hope you dont mind, i bunched up 4 posts that you posted one after the other into one post. just makes things a little more clean on the forum :)

Thanks for the info'. yes the grille will need a bit 'shaving off' as the headlights are slightly wider at the bottom edge othe than that they should fit OK. the headlight leveling from inside is lost but will now have manual leveling instead ,
A little sacrifice Oh well. Thanks for tidying up, I'm stil lgetting used to the site.
