General Side trim removal tips 4x4

Any tips for removing the plastic side trim panels on my 4x4? They seem very brittle and I'd rather not break them, I've enough Panda work to be going along with already! Thanks.

Ok the door trims slide forward For the rear there are plastic rivets that need pulling or punching through to releasetrim one is behind the 4x4 decal when punched through it will slide . Similar at the front
