After a little while off an on with this project. An update
Floor pan completed welding
Repairs to fuel tank brazing of pin holes then a full coat or benzene/ fuel Proof paint inside a few coats of outer paint. Work on the propshaft
Cleaning up and replacing bearing. Work includes trial reuse of the OEM bearing which never seem to fail just the rubber isolator , a Mold was made up then poured with shore 85 polyurethane 2 pac mix which proved very positive £13 The bond between bolt on fixing stronger than the original Very good isolation property too bit of a fail with the Mold as no release agent used mmm
Other trial now with a steel pipe clamp and 2 rubber mountings £8. Will update soon with results of this
Removed all suspension parts under seal with mipa rubber spray. Hard but rubber finish.

loads of articulation the. Green pandas wheel has no traction but magenta at a far greater height still has both wheels on the ground.

Note how magenta is level at the rear tail gate
Then Brian is twisting towards the lower wheel (Result far less body stress )
