OK guys I've spoken to Paul and his wife about camping, they are more than happy to accommodate people at their site. Anybody who is wishing to camp please send me a PM and I'll pass on the booking details to you. Their site is two miles outside Masham and has facilities.

Paul has also told me that the off road course has been extended quite a way into the woods, I will go down this week and get some pictures.

Hi, have just been browsing the North Yorkshire County Council website, Yorkshire Dales-Green Lanes and see that they've placed a temporary TRO on Deadman's Hill, running from April 2016 to October 2017 and covering the whole stretch from Arkleside to Scar House. Does this mean that it's off limits for July? I don't know what the terms of the TRO are, whether it's a total ban or not.

Yes the TRO is for one way travel as far as I am aware. It's only a maybe anyway but thanks for sharing.

The family have decided to come to Yorkshire at this time so I'll be up there as well. My assumption is they'll do other things while I'm doing Panda things though. If the Sisley is ready (which I'm trying to make sure it is!) then I'll be bringing it along, though if not I hope you don't mind me tagging along with one of you

The Sisley has Bridgestone winter tyres, will these cope with the tracks you have planned? My Sisley hasn't been kitted out to the extent that some of your 4x4s have (yet )!

Yes, we are coming in a 4x4. We have a spare wheel but I thought I would seize the opportunity to get another. I have put new tubeless tyres on the rims, but the rims are not tubeless - they are holding up okay so far. I appreciate your offer for using a spare. Thank you.

I checked out the recent video for your trip to Wales - looks huge fun. I noticed a large reservoir in front of the coolant reservoir on two vehicles - what is it?

That will be the washer bottle for the headlight washers on the Sisley model

You'll have to book camping yourselves, I'll send you the details of the place we are using.
