Brian the BFP (Big Friendly Panda)- 1988 Sisley 4X4

So today was a momentous occasion. The now named Brian, is on his wheels for the first time and is looking rather tall (be it another few hundred kilos needs to be added).

There is a lot more work to do as can be seen from the images, which includes the 1.2 Punto 60 donor engine.

Started a new thread to separate him from the other 2 Sisleys and provide him with his own build thread.

If you would like to see progress up until now, including the 90mm lift we have achieved the original thread was here:

3 Sisleys and a 'HOLE' lot of TLC

Oh and he's named Brian because of the hundreds of snails which called him home until very recently.

Nice work guys

Adam are you still thinking you'll be ready for the Wales trip or would you rather wait for an event later in the year?

Andy... disappointingly I don't quite think we will be there. But will definitely be attending some future events in the year.

Thanks for considering us though

Alfa 156 inner cv are the same, or look for Cherokee YJ kit with gaiters but check spline no. first.

Freddy, haven't stripped it properly yet, but we definitely need ALL rubbers on it. I would have thought a clean and re-grease should do the job otherwise as we have a spare to pillage pieces off if required. Will message you on FB

Sprayed the engine bay for now, so progress on the insides can continue.

Also been playing around with some wheels.
Brian now has a full set of 500 15"s for the road.

And for the off-road, something a little more meatier.

Unfortunately the Lancia Beta alloys and tires aren't ours to own, but let's just say, we are in the process of making modifications to accommodate some of the same size.
