right, a bit of advice is needed. well, quite a lot actually...

ive got a 4x4 999 in the car at the moment, with a damaged head. i also have a 999 ie uno head that is fine. the fuel pump mount isnt drilled on that and ive heard that the cam doesnt have the drive anyway. ive got the carb, which is known working, and ive also got the injection system of the uno, and most of the loom.

time wasn't on my side and i had to cut it in a couple of places at the following points where it stemmed out:
  • double blue
  • double black (earth)
  • orange/black, red, green/black, green/white
  • double orange/white, blue, brown

the wires to the coil were double green, orange, red - which i cut at the coil

the only sensors i will have will be on the head/inlet assembly, as i didnt have time to take any others. will i be able to get this running or did i leave too much behind? or is the carb better anyway?

also, as i dont have a fuel pump on the head or on the tank, whats my best way of going about this? i was thinking of getting a su type electic one, such as this: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Austin-Mini-m...579734571QQcategoryZ27376QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
i borrowed one a while ago to run on my mini when my mech one died and they seem ok

also, is there anything else any of you can think of that ive missed?
