I had to change the interior today, new seats, new carpet and trim. can't say it was all fun either.

edit - meant to say, what was wrong with your old carpet, and who did you buy the new one off?

The donor car is a 1000s(93) that had been hit on the left side, i got all the locks off it so i now have a matching set.

The carpet needs to be altered quite considerably to get it to fit ... and then i suspect its going to be a bit odd...

Well when you start from 0 you can only go upwards... car this cheap you don't mind taking risks with, and the internals are idiot proof... nearly... I managed to cover somethign with carpet... so now i can't put the nut that holds the top right of the console in place... 5 screws is enough anyway.
