There is a local factors that sells brand new headlights for less than £20 think he charged £18.50+vat for cinq ones although e-bay can be a better bet.
I had bought a box of bits and stripped some others off a sheel at the breakers, between the 6 lights i managed to put together a really good set with a number of good spares... but lots of junk left over.

Live outside shotts, work just outside EK( in hamilton) tho! xxx

*every male FF member gets in their cars to explore Shotts in the hope of locating a blonde girl who owns horses, a cinq and a bike :D*

 Bit late but welcome to FF Alan (y)

I'm amazed at how cheep the parts are from the dealers. Last year the arial broke and I thought I'd buy one from halfords as the dealer price would be too high and got a roof arial for £16.00 but the reception was terrible so called the dealers for the price of an original one and it was £8.00 + vat and the reception was then perfect again Do'H :(

Many thanks for the welcome, when you join a new forum (new to yourself that is) you are at times unsure at what type of reception you are going to get, I have to admitt I am very pleasently supprised at what a wonderfull bunch of blokes and lassies are on here, the membership is a credit to the site. I just have to now appease the moderators for my undue pic's

It looks absolutely mint when i think of mine... I think i am going to have to ask you to stop posting pics :).. it's depressing. I was chuffed that i got head lights that all worked and weren't missing anything... obviously there is a different league out there.

Just had a look at your Selecta pics on another post and it looks mint

I believe you use the term "from a distance"... the bonnet is buckled the 2 front wings are not all metal... the doors need aligning properly with the bodywork... the suspension needs some attention... the back is ok though:)

If your willing at some point to visit Cumbria take them for the extravigant cost of £0.00 this is getting to be a habit I've just given away an 85 528 for the same price :( , I will post some pics before you do mind as they are deep inside the cave (Garage to normal folks) and not seen them in a while but should be OK.

Many thanks, if your into big bm's have a look at my site, personally the Panda turn's more heads especially when it's transporting the the back exhaust of the V12. It was getting even more looks on the outside lane of the M1-M6 most of the way from Leicester to Cumbria.

The Trade Guys at B&Q are always amazed when I load my Panda 4x4 up with doors, baths, crates of floor tiles, huge plaster boards and even a full staircase!
I regularly win bets with my builders about what I can and can't fit in or on the Panda - they've given up now because they always lose! Ha Ha!

Roofing lead is the funniest because it rolls around in the back and gives you massive rear end swing going around corners!!!!!!
