...and a big welcome from me as well :D
My wife, Sandra, and I run two Siselys and a Panda 'Panda' 4x4 ... we've driven the 'best' and settled on these ! (y)

My record was two sisley's at the same time but was almost three but the sale fell through, unfortunately the wife has a policy that I'm only allowed three cars at any one time but out of that 2 road legal ie taxed insured etc to save a bit of hobby cost's. I've never had a 2wd panda don't know why I suppose part of the enjoyment I get with it is going off road but doesn't mean that it won't happen.

Unfortunately not but I have a spare dark green metalic bonnet with the scoop n tailgate in relatively decent condition :(
Welcome Dave.D to the very active (especially after closing time) forum. I mgiht be after a bonnet soon... my looks decided fishy ... infact i might have a bunch of work for your friend who does bodywork.

This getting very de ja vue :) :) I noticed there are a few Essex members as well as we moved here from Hornchurch in Essex about 7 yrs ago. I go to East Kilbride once a month as the Mrs gets a little homesick now and then, and used to catch the bus from Hamilton bus station to get to college daily. I also still have many relatives up in Aberdeen and Frazerburgh.

Would this be allowed as it caters for all, unfortunately the green one has now departed RIP.

It looks absolutely mint when i think of mine... I think i am going to have to ask you to stop posting pics :).. it's depressing. I was chuffed that i got head lights that all worked and weren't missing anything... obviously there is a different league out there.

Afraid not, its a bolt on turbo kit for the cinquecento 1108, not sure of any Y10 turbo powered cinquecento's or pandas really, at a guess the lack of them is probably more down to the lack of donor Y10's than the worry of fitting the engines in?

How much lag is on the turbo? the reason I ask is that I can get up grass slopes at 45-50 deg but the engine starts to struggle with power at those limits, the turbo would overcome this unless it was too large and then the lag would kill the power to less than is available with the standard carb due to having lower compression.

There is a local factors that sells brand new headlights for less than £20 think he charged £18.50+vat for cinq ones although e-bay can be a better bet. As said the green one looks superb and was ok from a distance but was rotting along the rear panel and boot floor so when the other became available I ran it till the mot was due and took her apart. I bought the green one at Carlisle Auction for £180 and ran it for 3 years and the only mechanical fault was the gearbox.

This will make you sick I bought the blue one from e-bay for £122. The owner never advertised it with pics or said it was a Sisley so only a couple of people bid I did have to go to Fort William for it mind and brought it back on an
A-frame.
