Hi
Thought I would share this amusing tale...
Just returned from our holiday in Italy. I was tempted to take Beswick my old Panda Colour, and enjoy the twin sunnies...but Mrs BB preferred that we go in her twinair 500C, sunroof and air con etc etc
I told her that it would be great to bring back a passenger door to replace Beswick's rusty door...she thought I was joking!
We took a trip to see the Ponte Maddelena bridge again - just outside Lucca as I had seen a scrappy there on a previous visit, so we called in.
Bez now has a mint second hand door - albeit the wrong colour as I thought trailing round for the correct colour would lead to much handbagging, or handbag purchase therapy!
Did you know that Italian for a scrap yard is "Demolizione".
