On the hard shoulder...
Okay: in the light of the rapidly-approaching dawn, this may turn out to not be as good an idea as I originally thought; but I've had a bit of a cr*p night, so forgive me.

The idea is to come up with a string of (humorous, if possible, please) classic Panda-relevant definitions -- in alphabetical order: although I don't think we should limit it to one per letter. :D

A few rules, though, before we begin: :nono:

  1. No sniping. If you think you can do better, simply add a new definition -- either for the same letter, or the one following.
  2. Please reply by copying and pasting: to keep the format (as we have done in the owners thread, etc.). And, yes, you are allowed to go back and add a definition for a previous letter, if you have a brainwave....
  3. As already stated, more than one definition is allowed, per letter; but no skipping letters please.... (So get your thinking caps on, boys and girls, for when we get to X and Z....)

Here's a couple to get us underway; and hopefully enlighten and amuse.... (y)

  • A is for anti-roll bar -- what keen Panda drivers crave, and covet from their Y10-owning cousins.
  • A is for acceleration -- what 750 drivers experience best when driving down precipitous hills with a following wind.

  • A is for anti-roll bar -- what keen Panda drivers crave, and covet from their Y10-owning cousins.
  • A is for acceleration -- what 750 drivers experience best when driving down precipitous hills with a following
  • A is for alternator brushes -- the part that causes many an obscure earth problem for Panda owners
  • A is for alteration -- what many Panda owners must commit to due to the lack of parts now available

(I know one for X but I'm not sure if I can put it up yet @homeward ? Can we skip ahead letters if we think of a good one? "X being the central point of 4X4 -- The model shows up all other 4x4 vehicles")

A is for Attitude if you don't love Pandas chances are you probably wouldn't put up with one (or two, or six).

B is for "B" roads. Whatever modern car you own it will either be slower or nowhere near as fun to drive on a "B" road as a Panda.

This is a great idea by the way! :D

D is for Diaphragm.
Keep a spare vacuum advance diaphragm in your tool box.

E is for Ergonomic.
Swiss Army Knife with wheels.

F.I.R.E Engine
The only combination of Aluminium head on an Iron block that works. Ask anyone who has ever worked on a Cosworth V6. ;-)
