Hi again,

I've picked up a cherry 2000 Panda, thats been crashed on the front right, passenger side.

I would like to replace the outer fender, inner fender, "bridge" or nose, but I want to do a real clean job, as the car is as new. This'll be my keeper

I was thinking the correct way would be to use a spot weld cutter to cut out the welds carefully. from both the "new" car and the donor car which has solid front but rotted floors...

Or, does anyone have an aftermarket source for "quality" sheetmetal?

I would appreciate some feedback from people/pros that have done this

regards,

nikos

Hi
Yeah a spotweld cutting drill bit is the best and neatest way,it`s slow but worth it in the end,I`ve got to replace the front slam/crossmember panel on my cinque and thats what i`m going to use.
Good luck
Adrian
P.s I`ve posted on here somewhere about a company who has loads of genuine panels for a panda try them for parts
