I wanted to talk about that CLX that sold the other day on Ebay, instead it might be easier if you have a thought or question (Which might not deserve it's own thread?) to just put it in one thread?


So the CLX sold for £677. Which is a great price for the seller. It does look to be in good condition, maybe the towframe bumped the price?

Sounds about right for a decent Panda - without seeing it, I'd have thought about £600ish - the prices are still going up which is good news or bad news depending on whether you're trying to buy one!

Glad I didn't want it as I'd not have paid that much! Hope the new owner is pleased though, it's a good basis for a nice Panda given a little effort.

Not far from me. Looks a bit of a bargain IMO.

I've found 4 doors internationally, 1 guy hasn't replied, 1 is too expensive, the last 2 they don't ship.

As for Panda prices; I've been very, very lucky with my two. £150 for the 750 (closer to £500 now with all the stuff I've done so far) and £300 for the Fantasia. A lower mileage but similar condition Fantasia sold the other day to a Fiat collector for £500 with no haggling. Now 126's are seeing £2,000+ prices in reasonable condition Pandas are quickly becoming investment cars. 4x4's have been for a while and the appeal is spreading.

Do all wing mirrors move? I don't mean are they adjustable, but my drivers one moves everyday.

my thoughts are a wet shaft gear box on a 4x4 thats prone to get items stab at CV boots.. why would you do that?!
well i am pretty sure thats what killed my box any way.

It only drops about 5 degrees and I don't know when it happens, speed bumps probably.

But, I get in it, seatbelt on and then adjust it back up.

and then with paint and labour on top, it's cheaper for them to bodge my doors I think.
