Has anyone solved this issue rather than replace? I have had mine apart and find that the slightest tap on the casing will restart the wiper intermittent for a little while then will stop with a click again. I've cleaned, checked and re-tensioned the contacts. Yet I cannot sort it. I am wondering if it's a dry joint on the Printed circuit board of the timer on the wiper motor but I can't separate the board from the housing to inspect the inside of the timer. Don't like to buy when I can repair.

I have an intermittent wiper. Turn on, turn off, wait a bit, turn on, turn off, wait a bit, turn on, turn off, wait a bit.....
fully adjustable too!
seriously though, if your wiper is still working on constant I would be tempted to ignore the intermittent issue as the wiper is rather more likely to mysteriously stop working altogether than be repairable if you start taking the motor to bits. Temperamental things. Never had Panda wipers that work right.

I would replace the timer section of the wiper motor but I have been quoted £60+ for the unit!

Hi don.gilkes
Any progress on that?
You dont need to seperate circut board from the housing, just take off back lid and you will have access to printed board soldering points, unless you wish to visually inspect all wired through components to do that you will need to locate three contact blades soldering points and take solder off. I've got the same problem whit intrmitent intermitent wipe, just finished re-soldering all components, will fit wiper motor assembly back to car tomorow and will let you know what the score is.
