Judging by the quality of the Pandas in those pictures even the best of the three I look after would be an embarrassment..

the german word for bullbar is "kuhfänger", means something like cowcatcher.
they are very rare here in germany and you are not allowed to have them on your car anymore. or not allowed to add them to your car. im not sure about the laws.

im sorry, but im quite tired at the moment and dont understand everything you wrote. ill have a look again tomorrow.
