hi kids now i know [firstcar-y10] sent me a link for new engine mounts but does any body know if mk1 fiat punto ones fit ? my mate works in a scrapy and said if they fit i can have them for free. i duno if they have the same fire engine or not ? can anybody anser this for me ?

same engine design (in most models) so the mount's should fit the engine OK, basic design looks similar but you'll need to get a hold of them and see if the holes on the mounting plate match up to the body. If they're free why not just get them and see?

The left hand mount (looking from the front) might fit, but I'm pretty sure the gearbox mounts are different. Surely its better to get some new mounts anyway?

yeh well i dont need the gearbox one as thats ok just the other 2 and i would rather see if i can get them for free befor buying new ones =]
