A red 1000clx fire,
it's in imaculate condition, mot till june, L reg('94), 71k miles, perfect runner, but may need a new gearbox. i will post some pics soon. look forward to hearin from u

Hi, is it a 4x4 model? I like to drive to remote areas, go on hillwalking or mountaineering with my girlfriend, so I am very keen on finding one. I've tested a friend's Panda 4x4 (not a Sisley unfortunately!) on snow and mud, off road terrain in Greece...it was awesome. If it is a 4x4, then I am strongly interested!

Ah..

I'd assumed it was pre '93 when you posted about the probable gearbox issue, so my comment about the driveshaft in that thread may not be quite on the ball in this case:
I don't have technical information about the later gearbox/driveshafts, and while I have had hours of fun with the driveshafts' joints, boots, and suspension parts on early Pandas, I've had no reason to go there on a later one.
(But I think I'll investigate that "clonk" on the over-run which my eldests "M" plate CLX does before I get much older...)

no 2 wheel drive

The gearbox is probably cable operated and they don't appear very often.
Apart from that....It so happens that I've lots of red CLX spares at present !

No, sorry.
Whenever I say that I'm breaking another Panda I receive loads of requests for the gearbox.
This one went a while back.

Hey man - I'm looking to purchase a nice little pandy - how much are u looking for it? Also could you be a little more specific bout the gearbox - do you know whats wrong?
