With the fragmentation of the forum, how did we end up with 'Old Panda' and not 'Classic Panda' ? ;)
 
Fair point Steve.

But AFAIK, whether it's on a classic policy (or not) depends on the individual insurance company. But whatever the age, it can only be on a classic policy when it's used as a second car and has an annual mileage of around 5,000 miles or less.

Mine's 13 next month, and when it's back on the road, it will be a second car, so I'm going to see what I can arrange...
 
Steve C - a bit of hunting around reveals this from the RAC.

They reckon it has to be 15 years old though.
