Thought it would be a nice topic to show off pictures our previous FIATs, so will start the ball rolling with my beautiful old black 750 (Lottie) and my very tidy Cinq SX

The trims on the SX were changed very shortly after that picture!

I've had three Fiats prior to my current crop......

First was a Panda, 'B reg' I think, about 13 years ago. Rolled it and wrote it off, but the seed was sewn. No pictures I'm afraid.

Second was a black Uno, about 9 years ago, can't remember any details. No pictures of that one either as I didn't have it long.

Third was a Panda fire 999cc. Bought about three years ago and sold a year later to a local lady, who still has it. Here are some pictures of it, as I bought it and when I sold it. I couldn't leave this one alone either. :)

Your black 750 looks beautiful Martin! :yum:

My first Fiat was a black Uno, too long ago to remember when but it was sold for £50 and used the next day to ram raid a shop !! i had the police round a few days later to ask where i was on the night in question, the log book was of course still in my name.. then my lovely white Panda Bianca, £200 and a nice car, loved the twin roll back sunnies. Owned for 3 years til written off after a boy racer ran into me. Next was my nice Panda 1000S in red, £250 and fast as hell and a lovely car to drive, cost nowt to run but after 4 years the tin worm sent it to the big scrap yard in the sky. Now after 4 years in a VW camper im back in a very lovely 1991 Panda Tacchini :)
Sorry no pics of my old cars.

first was the green CLX

then the tempra (no full pics of the car). I quite miss it as it was a lovely car, but a pig to work on in the cold.

and now the fizz

Mum had two tipos around the end of the 90s and dad had a tempra saloon aswell mid 90's.

so thats

2 tipos
2 tempras
2 pandas

that we have had.

Vernon, it was a lovely looking car. I was driving home from work in it one night and a guy in a big Alfa pulled alongside and asked if I would sell it to him. Random!

I got the Cinq because the 750 was very sparse on luxuries and I wanted a sunroof, autochoke etc. The 750 could also be a real pain to start in the cold or if it was hot. But what a willing little engine it was - what a drive!!!

All in all, I was quite disappointed with the Cinq SX - I think I should have waited for a 1.1 Sporting, but this came up at a very silly price so I went for it.

I also had a D reg 903 Uno, a good looking car - very basic and quite a tempremental starter too.

My FIATS so far:

Uno 45 D reg
Panda 750 K reg
Cinq 899 SX N reg
Panda CLX M reg

Fiat do make a good small car don't they!!!

Owned a pre FIRE Red Uno in the late 80's early 90's... D reg it was (D480 UJX)
that poor car
Nearly bought a Panda (mk1 - can't remember colour but most likely red) - but the kids were little then, so bought a Skoda 130LS  (I can't see the logic either...)

ok well you did ask:D let me know when you want to move onto other fiats:p

When I get a hour to kill will fire up the old lap top and add the pics of all our previous Fiats.

we have had. . .

2 black Selecta's both were L reg's
A Blue fiat panda colour on a N plate,
A green Panda Parade on a K plate,
The all famous manda panda the CLX with the bars on a M plate
and poppi our 1000cl.

Then there was the grand mistake the Grande punto that we had for all of 3 months. (well owned for 3 months but had it for 3 weeks as it fell apart)

this thread made me wonder whats the favorite fiat is that you have owned? mine is my very first fiat that i got back in the early 1990s it was a 126 De Ville in orange rally red what a cracking car I paid £70 for it no tax but 10m mot, it also did not have any keys or second gear, it was ony 8 years old at the time a bargain!! I ran it and ran it until it was on its last legs body wise it still runs perfect I say still runs perfect because I still have it I parked it in my garage when it failed its mot on lots of welding.

Sadly no, we sold it a few years ago, thats why I'm after another.

The spoiler was a total P take. As for the paint job it cost me a whacking £90 for the paint. The prep work and spraying I did myself, same with all the welding etc.

The story of the car is still on here with pics of everything that was done.
