Not sure abut the cover over the bell housing, but if there is a gap, i should think so.
The timing hole should have a cover, yes. Its a small rubber bung. One of the of the guys that have stripped panda's might have one spare

Should be one on the bottom of the bell housing to keep the road dirt out

The only plate I have is the photo, just painted timing marks white.
I will make a lower cover from a bit of old ali caravan side.

I have just discovered that the lower half of the bell housing is recessed towards the gearbox so if I just cut a flat sheet it will scrape on the back of the flywheel.
Does anyone have a pic or diagram of this lower cover part?
