went to my local scrappy this morning for a few bits and bobs, just as i walked out, hiding behind a transit i saw a Kreg 750ccfiire, all looked pretty intact apart from the wiper motors, front and back, missing. asked the guy if it was for sale and to my suprise he let me take it for 100quid. MOT til july i think he said. turns out an old boy took it in due to the headgasget going. looking around it theres a few bad points (faded paint, a few little holes forming inside the boot), body is suprisingly clean (no dents, stone chips, no rust).
started doing the gasket today and found...
new alternater
new plugs
oil filter
new full exhuast apart from manifold
new cam belt and fan belt

not sure what im doing with it yet, maybe open to offers.

I went to the two scrappys round my way a few weeks back and asked if they had any.. one said he just crushed one a week back and the other guy didn't know what i was on about until i pointed mine out, this bloke had less intelligence than a fish!.. I left my number with both

the doors are good, slight blisters at bottoms but nothing major. stripped the car to find faults, only two bits of rot. a bit near the boot locking catch and a hole in the boot floor roughly 1inch sqare, but again, nothing major.

should be a minter when its finished and polished up.

if anyone has a spare wiper motor for grabs (front and back) let me know asap!
