Does anyone know how to remove the black plastic ring holding the filler tube on. My panda is leaking fuel and I need to replace the pipe. Or does someone know where I can download a manual

Hi, Could you be a bit more specific about your 'Black plastic ring' please ? Is it the one one the rear quarter-panel that takes the filler-cap ?
Do you know where the fuel leak is ?

I snapped it off and bought a new one so I dont have any good tips to share

Yep!...I always find the heavy-handed approach works best with Pandas.
