Anyone ever seen a Panda 55? What engine is in it? info please as i found one in a neibours yard they want 50 euros for it so i´m taking it. No it doesn´t run but it has NO rust at all, it´s been sitting for 9 years on stands they claim(in a garage too)

you are sooo lucky, i have heard from friends before that cars don't rust much in portugal.

I would guess the 55 has the 1108 54hp FIRE engine, just like the Punto 55.

1987 126 FSM, 12" minilight style wheels, clear rear lights, smoked indicators.

Does it have a badge with the number "55"??I don't know if a similar model has ever been made, but I think it's one of the latest Pandas with the 1108cc engine!

It´s an older panda(probably late 80s)because it still used the old grille style, the badge says Panda_55 in one piece what´s puzzling me the most is the 135/70R13 tires(??????)which would indicate 750 or smaller panda. it´s also got some fiat steelies/alloys that aren´t normal for pandas that i´ve seen. i´ll try to find a pic of a car with similiar alloys and post a link.

Picture of the car, the badge, and several under the bonnet would probably be more interesting:
wheels and tyres get changed when people start to play.

BTW the 135 size is 80R13 AFAIK on a 4.00B rim.

I don´t have the digicam with me right now(friend borrowed it months ago never returned[}])but i know the badge is original, also the side indicators are orange(another indication that it´s an older model as these were later switched to white/clear).i´ll try getting some pics with my phone and see if i can get them into the computerit´s only vga resolution though)
