Just got back from holidays, hadn't driven the panda in about 14 days and had some troubles starting it. Got it going after some fiddles with the choke/accelerator and its been running a bit 'lumpy'. Stuttering at low revs and just not sounding as smooth as normal.

I only popped up to the bank, round trip no more than a mile and its fine at high revs just lower revs.

Hope this will settle quickly? I've got a 2 hour journey to do sunday morning, car fully loaded.

Take it for an Italian tune up.

If it's outside in this bl**dy rain it might just be complaining because of the damp.

Its not usual, Ive left mine at cold and wet airports and shes always been fine when Ive got back.

Last week mine didn't start first time - as it does normally - after a day of torrential rain. It could be something else of course, but it seems to have been OK since then. Once started, it ought to run OK once warmed up though.

yep, mine does this occasionally, mainly because of damp on the HT leads, and clears when warm. I'd buy some new ones if I weren't so stingy.....

could be that you need to adjust the choke cable ??

Leave mine standing for weeks . Always starts up lumpy. I tend not to drive of until the temp guage starts to rise. Then I go for the italian tune

For starting in this weather I pump the gas pedal. Whether this is good or bad I don't know but it saves the hassle of the choke. I'm awful with the choke
