my new panda COLOUR 1994 and a pic of the 1242 4x4.

im very excited, went and picked up my new car.
and I LOVE IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

its a 1994 panda colour, the doors aint even rusty, and the paint is bright !
its been lowered by 40mm with new shocks and springs.(red springs)
and has half a stainless exhaust with a powerflow backbox!?!

its noticably stiffer when you try to rock it than my dads cinq sporting.
which is good !!

sunroof needs a little attention, but seems fine,
--also, anyone know what holds the sunroof open on the little hooks ??
there isnt anything there ! is there supposed to be a string or cable or sumthing ?

the other panda is my 1242cc 4x4 .

i am going to get some low tyres for some 14" uno turbo style (chromadora ?) alloys i have. and put them on.

hope you all like.

thanks,
with stiffer and 40mm lower sus,
its ermm quite bumpy, and with the small profile tyres on 13s its LOW
but if you throw it into a corner the whole car just stays flat ! its shocking.
it feels like it on train tracks !! brilliant

iv just realised that the actual cloth sunroof is a very simple build, so if i ever need to replace it i rekon i could just buy some cloth and a few pop rivets and re make it.
(we will see at the next heavy rain !! )

oh and allan my number is 07707149677
you inbox is full. cheers mate

Nice car that. There should be rubber strips inside that stretch over the folded roof and fit on to the little notches on the outside. You can still get these from Fiat for about a tenner I think.

Very nice. Looks sooooo much better than when on e-bay.

Refreshing to see a Red 'unfaded' Panda.

Enjoy,

also i just put on a bonnet air scoop off a sisley (matt black now)
looks great !
just re welding exhaust now. front half is normal the back half is stainless
and as said B4 is has a powerflow backbox,
not sure if FIRE engine like them!? ar well.

i will get more better pic soon when it all together a bit more.

There was a Parade in my local scrappy which I still need to attack for roof bits. If the bits you need are there I'll grab them as well as stuff for Plug and myself. Here's hoping it's not been squashed.

Very nice mate, what are steep hils like with the 1242 is the torque much more noticeable than the standard 999?

I know this is really sad but have you got any interior shots - I always like to see the difference inside between cars.
